Moneris improves in all indicators and repositions itself in the top 10 With a positive evolution in all indicators analyzed, Moneris was distinguished with 10th place in the 2018 Excellence Index, in the Category of Large Companies.
The results were calculated based on the questionnaire made to all our employees, with a response rate of approximately 75% of its total (217 employees) and which is higher than the very good participation that had already registered in 2017.
Organizational Dynamics was the dimension that grew the most in Moneris, according to this study, and recognition in Customer Orientation, Strategic Guidance, Continuous Learning and Diversity is notorious.
But the most relevant categories for us are those that mirror the satisfaction of our people. Also in these areas there is a frankly positive evolution, namely in the categories of HR Management Excellence, Organizational Trust, Well-being, Talent Management, Skills Development and Working Conditions.
This study is very important for Moneris, as it allows us to adjust and adapt our policies and priorities, based on the perceptions and judgments of our people.
The continuous improvement and adjusted response to the needs revealed by our people are now at the heart of our concerns. Therefore, we will also take into account the areas that in this study reveal needs for improvement, namely Leadership Practices, Information and Communication, and Justice.
With improvements in all categories analyzed, this distinction is naturally a cause for satisfaction and pride, revealing superior participation and levels of satisfaction and engagement also higher than the 2017 study.
