Voting for the Human Resources 2021 Awards is open. Selected the finalists, it is now up to the public to elect the best among the best – companies and professionals – in People Management. Participate!
Moneris is a finalist for the Human Resources Portugal 2021 Awards in the following categories:
- Social Responsibility
- Career Mobility
This initiative distinguishes the companies and professionals with the best performance in Portugal, in the context of People Management, and Moneris was selected for the final vote of the awards that will run until May 25.
The finalists were determined by the editorial board of the journal, after analysis and discussion of good practices and initiatives promoted by companies throughout 2020, in the areas of People Management.This appointment underlines 2 strategic vectors and essential purposes of our corporate performance – Corporate Social Responsibility and Valorization of Human Capital.
In the tenth edition of “The Most Companies”, 28 categorieswill be voted: 25 companies and organizations and three professionals, to elect the best CEO/ president, the best Director of Human Resources and, as a novelty this year, the best Director of Human Resources under 45 years.
In the categories of companies there are also two novelty, having added a distinction for “Better Management of the Pandemic in the perspective of People Management” and also for “Best SME” (small and medium enterprise).
As usual, the Personality Award will still be awarded, traditionally the only one awarded by the wording, not resulting from the readers’ vote. But in 2021 we will have another novelty and will also be awarded a Career Award.
Based on the good practices, initiatives and policies of People Management of companies in Portugal, demonstrated and disseminated throughout the previous year, a list of pre-nominees was elaborated by Human Resources, then analyzed and voted by the Directors of Human Resources, to choose the finalists who are now voting for the public.

Voting will be open until 25 May. And the winners will be known at the Awards Ceremony, which will be held on a date to be announced as soon as possible.
