At the Human Resources Portugal 2022 awards ceremony, which took place this Wednesday at the Lisbon Secret spot in Monsanto, Moneris was for the second consecutive year, recognized for good practice in the categories of “Social Responsibility SMEs” and “Career Mobility”.
This event aimed to celebrate the best practices not only of people management, but also good management practices as companies and also to reward some personalities who stood out most throughout the year in the national corporate panorama.
This appointment underlines two essential values that guide Moneris’ actions and define us as an organization:
- Value Creation (with the communities in which we operate, with a clear agenda of individual and corporate solidarity); and
- Sharing (through the valorization of our People and the promotion of equal opportunities and internal mobility).
Moneris has long been associated with CSR issues, being active members of GRACE – Responsible Companies.
In the context of People, the sharing of knowledge and opportunities are clear commitments.
For more than 12 years we have had the “Moneris Passport” program, which promotes internal mobility and has led our People to embrace opportunities throughout the country, growing and finding their geographical and/or professional context where they feel best.
Moneris thanks everyone who voted for her. We will continue this path that we are very proud of.
