Moneris once again reaches the top 10 of Large Companies in the Excellence Index 2022, a study of organizational climate and human capital development that rewards the companies that invest the most and bet on the Human Resources area.
Throughout 6 years of participation in the Excellence Index, Moneris has consistently had ratings above the benchmark, the result of the bet and investment in its people and its culture, which fills us with pride and gives us the guarantee that we are following a very positive path in valuing, recognizing and satisfying our people.
In 2022, dynamics such as Communication, Training and Variable Awards were reinforced as a way to respond, collectively and assertively, to the challenges and needs pointed out by our employees, identified in this study in previous years.
This year, these dynamics were the ones that contributed the largest percentage increases, and are also those in which we must continue to invest and develop in the future.
\ About the results
People Management, Climate, Practices and Organizational Dynamics are the dimensions analyzed by this study, which starts from the analysis of a questionnaire made to all our employees, which revealed this year a response rate of 71.3%, with a general improvement of the indicators analyzed.
This study is very important for Moneris, as it allows us to adjust and adapt our policies and priorities, based on the perceptions and judgments of our people.
Therefore, we will also take into account the areas that in this study show needs for improvement, namely compensation and benefits and talent management.
