Karolina Figueiredo holds a degree in Management from the Technical University of Koszalin, with a specialization in Human Resource Management from Kozminski University, both in Warsaw. In the last 14 years, he has held the functions of Human Resources Management and Compliance in companies in the pharmaceutical sector, in the field of medical devices, information technologies and consulting. The experience gained in these markets has allowed him to acquire a vast know-how in different professional contexts.
