Experts believe cautious optimism will mark 2022 in M&A activities
Moneris participated in the Economic Journal’s m&A special, where a group of consultants and lawyers discussed the future of M&A activities in a context of crisis and war where, after all, there is capital to invest in.
In his participation in this debate, João Nunes, Assistant Manager of Moneris, says he believes that “we will see a strengthening of Due Diligence to generate more confidence and look at what will be the future of the transaction, whether they are high level or also at the level of small and medium-sized enterprises”.
