The Regulation of the APOIAR.PT has been amended again, now allowing the eligibility of new sectors of activity and the increase in the maximum amounts to be granted.
Applications close on April 16, 2021, or automatically with the exhaustion of the endowment.

SUPPORT + SIMPLE
This program now covers new sectors, such as bakery, pastry, the manufacture of pyrotechnic articles and specialized clinical medical practice activities – Stomatology.
In addition, it strengthens the liquidity support of companies, increasing the expected limits of support for companies and ENI with invoicing breaks of more than 50% (retroactively).
The application of the new support ceilings is implemented as follows:
- Companies with application approved in the measure APOIAR.PT and still no request for final payment submitted – it is not necessary to submit a new application, and should only submit the application for final payment in which the declaration signed by certified accountant, responsible for the accounting of the company, which confirms the clearance of the decrease recorded in the invoicing of the 4th quarter of 2020, without in these cases , because they are projects already approved, re-consultation with the TA.
- Companies with application approved in the APOIAR.PT and with final payment request submitted – an automatic adjustment will be made to the decision by applying the ceilings now approved, depending on the percentage of decrease in billing. The beneficiary will be notified accordingly, through communication sent by the Simplified Access Platform (PAS), being asked to confirm the acceptance of the additional support and, where applicable, confirmation that all associated payment requests have already been submitted. In this sequence, the final payment corresponding to the increase in support determined and the application will be terminated.
SUPPORT + SIMPLE
It aims to support entrepreneurs on an individual basis without organised accounting with or without deposition workers.
It may constitute a condition of access for beneficiaries to be a party to any contract for the operation or lease of property for commercial purposes, starting on a date prior to 13 March 2020, except where an establishment inserted together is involved in the commercial.
