Moneris’ latest publication “Agriculture: Outlook Spring” was featured in Executive Digest.

This exceptional publication is addressed to entrepreneurs and managers in the agricultural sector, who want to share useful and relevant information for the necessary strategic redefinition of the sector, with some key data for decision-making, and the analysis of short-term impacts and production and consumption forecasts for 2020.

According to Outlook, the big problem is that consumer behavior at home is totally different from eating habits in a hotel (while we’re on holiday), in a restaurant (while enjoying a meal away from home) and even in cafes.


In the face of the covid-19 pandemic containment measures, retail sales skyrocketed, particularly in Europe’s largest olive oil producers, despite the drop and disruption of catering activity, which represents 15 of the purchase of olive oil, according to data from “Agriculture: Outlook Primavera”, an analysis prepared by moneris’ Agricultural Skills Center.
