SME upskilling and digitalisation operations supported by WP2030

Within the scope of the Business Competitiveness Incentive System, applications are open for the Qualification of SMEs, to support projects aimed at the adoption of more advanced business strategies and that increase the capacity for integration in global value chains.

This support focuses on the following areas:

  • Organizational innovation, management and logistics
  • Digitalization and digital transformation
  • Branding and design
  • Training for the development of products, services and processes
  • Industrial property protection
  • Quality and certification
  • Knowledge and technology transfer
  • Sustainability and eco-innovation

The beneficiaries of this measure are micro, small and medium-sized enterprises.

The support to be granted is in the nature of a non-refundable incentive (non-refundable fund), with a support rate of 50% (except in the Lisbon region, where the support rate is 40%).

Applications are running continuously, and the analysis and decision will be made in two phases:

Phase 1: until October 31, 2024;
Phase 2: until January 30, 2025.
