Madalena Pires will join the People and Culture Department with the role of HR Consultant and with the aim of supporting the various areas of support and internal development.
Madalena has a degree and a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management, having developed over the last few years a comprehensive professional career in the area, from recruitment and integration of talent, to contract management, training, performance evaluations and employee monitoring. His experience also includes supporting payroll processes and coordinating areas such as occupational safety and health.
With a strong focus on the development of people and the positive impact it can generate in their professional journeys, Madalena joins Moneris “driven by the purpose of actively contributing to the growth and well-being of people within organizations”.
