It was ordered the suspension of the production of effects of complaints of housing and non-housing leases made by the landlord. Furthermore, the closure of premises and establishments carried out under Decree No 2-A/2020 of 20 March cannot be invoked as a basis for resolution, denunciation or other form of termination of non-housing leases or other contractual forms of operation of real estate, nor as a basis for the obligation to vacate properties in which they are installed.
