Solidarity and social responsibility are part of the DNA of Mr. Moneris. That’s why Moneris couldn’t miss the Ronald McDonald Children’s Foundation’s solidarity dinner™ which sought to raise funds for another cause.
Present in various geographies, we are committed to supporting the development of the communities in which we are inserted.
Last week, we attended the ronald mcdonald children’s foundation’s solidarity dinner™ where the 6th anniversary of Casa Ronald McDonald do Porto was celebrated, a house that welcomes families of hospitalized children.
Under the motto “A Port of Solidarity Magic” this dinner will be more than a solidarity dinner: the magic of Luís de Matos, to the sound of an ensemble of the Portuguese Philharmonic Orchestra and a menu signed by Chef Hélio Loureiro are some of the ingredients that made this event so special and unmissable.
In addition, the guests enjoyed moments of new circus, and other surprises, which will transport them to an imaginary children’s world.
This event also aimed to raise funds to extend the support that the House provides to families with children under going treatment at The Hospital of São João, in particular to parents of the Neonatology service.
Allowing them to enjoy, free of charge, a place where they can rest and relax in a calm and welcoming environment, wash clothes, take a bath or prepare their meals, remaining very close to their children.
A Port of Solidarity Magic gathered more than 400 people at the Cruise Terminal of the Port of Leixões.
