Applications are open to support Job Creation and Microentrepreneurship in the Algarve region, a measure that aims to support net job creation.
For this purpose, the following actions can be considered:
- Creating one’s own job, through the creation of companies;
- Develop new, open-ended jobs associated with the creation of new companies or the expansion of existing companies;
- Creation of new, open-ended jobs in social economy entities.
This measure is aimed at jobseekers, including young people, the long-term unemployed or inactive people, people who want to create their own job and people who want to move to low-density territories to work.
\\Beneficiaries
- Micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, of any nature and under any legal form, with organized accounting;
- Social economy entities provided for in article 4 of Law no. 30/2013, of 8 May.
\\ Support and eligible expenses
The support to be granted is 60% non-refundable, supporting the following eligible expenses:
- Direct Personnel Costs (cost per hour of work, in functions directly related to the execution of the operation).
- Other costs, through the application of the flat rate of 40% on Direct Personnel Costs. Thus, through unit cost and the application of the flat rate, all eligible costs of the operation are financed, namely: costs with personnel assigned to the operation; investments in tangible and intangible assets; rents, rents and amortizations; direct costs for preparation, development, monitoring and evaluation; operation overheads.
