Next Wednesday, February 27, at 2:30 p.m., the Auditorium of the Energy Services Regulatory Authority (ERSE) will receive the public presentation of the book “Municipalities and the Distribution of Electricity in Low Voltage”.
During the last quarter of 2018, Moneris participated in several debates and conferences on the challenges of low-voltage electricity for local power from the liberalisation of the energy market.
Since between 2019 and 2022 most low voltage distribution concessions reach their term, municipalities should begin procedures for the continuity of the network’s operation with all the information for a weighted decision.
Aware that a decision of municipalities in this matter involves numerous factors and requires an independent foundation of the different solutions available and legally addressable.
Moneris proposes to develop economic and financial studies to ultimately defend the superior interests of local authorities and citizens.
Through a Social Sector SkillsCentre, Moneris has directed a value offering specifically aimed at the public sector, local authorities and similar entities.
This offer is based on a partnership philosophy specialized in the management of its multiple areas, services and valences, with particular focus on the administrative, accounting and financial aspects.
It is in this context that the book “The Municipalities and the Distribution of Low Voltage Electricity” has the collaboration of Jorge Pires, Responsible for the Technical Fiscal Committee of Moneris on The economic and financial aspect of low voltage distribution.
The presentation of the book has free entry and participants benefit from a discount on the acquisition of the publication.
