Team-sharing movement between companies works through online platform
In the context of the partnership established with the tech4COVID movement, Moneris has partnered with the TeamLoan project, a platform that allows companies affected by COVID-19 to meet opportunities to share teams temporarily.
At a time when some sectors have production spikes and others have been forced to reduce or even stop their activity, the temporary transfer or sharing of human resources can be a very interesting solution for either case.
The entire process of making teams available or searching is done online, with simple processes and a solid legal basis. The platform already has registered companies from various geographies and sectors of activity, such as trade, tourism, technology, transportation, education, agriculture, industry, health and financial activities, among others.
With more than 4,000 clients from all sectors of activity, from microenterprises to large organizations, Moneris is in a privileged position to bring this project to entrepreneurs and managers looking for agile and advantageous solutions at this time of enormous challenges.
From an early age to this new economic and social context, Moneris has joined forces on several fronts to bring the best solutions and the most relevant and up-to-date decision support information in this COVID-19 context – see more in Moneris COVID-19.
It is with this mission that we join TeamLoan, an initiative that is being disseminated on the official website of the General Directorate of Economic Activities and has the support of several entities such as the Tourism Innovation Center, the Lisbon City Council, the Confederation of Farmers of Portugal, the Federation of Portuguese Agro-Food Industries, among many others.
TeamLoan is one of the 30 projects of tech4COVID,a movement created by a group of founders of the Portuguese technological community to fight COVID-19, and to which Moneris has joined.
